Rust stains inside the drum	Metal articles left residue in the drum	Remove rust stains immediately with chlorine-free detergents. Never use steel wool. Do not put laundry in the washing machine during drum cleaning.
Detergent dispenser not working properly	Buildup of detergent residue in the dispenser drawer and grooves	Clean the detergent dispenser every 3 months. Press down the arrow on the softener cover, lift the clip up and remove the softener cover, wash all grooves with water, restore the softener cover, and push the drawer back into position. Do not use alcohol, solvents or chemical products.
Poor washing performance or abnormal operation	Drain pump filter is clogged with lint and small foreign matters	Clean the drain pump filter every 3 months. Open the lower cover cap, pull out the emergency drain hose, open the filter cap by turning counterclockwise, remove extraneous matter, close the filter cap and lower cover cap. Ensure filter cap is properly reinstalled aligned to hole plates.

Door cannot be opened due to power failure or other circumstances	Power failure or mechanical lock issue	Open the filter door. Using a straight screwdriver or non-sharp tool, insert it into the emergency door pull cord. Pull down the emergency door pull cord following the arrow direction. The door lock icon should go out when unlocked successfully. Do not use the emergency switch during washing.

Water inlet reduced compared to before	Inlet filter is clogged with debris or mineral deposits	Clean the inlet filter by closing the tap, removing the water inlet hose from the tap, cleaning the filter, and reconnecting the hose. Alternatively, screw off the water inlet hose from the back of the machine, pull out the filter with long nose pliers, clean with a brush, and reconnect.
Leaks coming from the door area	Lint buildup in the gasket or door seal, or foreign objects stuck in the gasket	Wipe the glass and gasket after each wash to remove lint and stains. Remove any coins, buttons and other objects from the gasket. Clean the door seal and glass every month to ensure normal operation.
