If you do not wish to use special descaling solutions, you can remove the buildup by crumbling the limescale crust. Be careful not to damage the heating element shield. With very hard water, increase this frequency. |
| Damaged anode reduces corrosion resistance | Normal wear of the magnesium anode or aggressive water with high chlorine content | Replace the magnesium anodes (N fig. 6) every two years (except for products with stainless steel tank). With aggressive water or high chlorine content, inspect the anode condition annually. To replace them, disassemble the heating elements and unscrew them from the support bracket. |

Zorg ervoor dat u de plastic plaatjes niet beschadigt, anders kan het paneel niet correct worden geassembleerd. |
| Storing door omgewisselde weerstanden | Weerstanden zijn in verkeerde volgorde gemonteerd | Voer interventies op één weerstand tegelijk uit en demonteer de tweede pas nadat de eerste opnieuw is gemonteerd. Zorg bij het opnieuw monteren dat de positie van de stangen met sensoren en van de weerstanden overeenkomt met de oorspronkelijke posities. | Water not completely drained from device | Insufficient opening of the drainage valve | To empty the device: ensure the device is permanently disconnected from the power supply, close the shutoff valve (or turn the main valve off), open the hot water faucet, and then open the drain valve (B fig. 1). |
| Air in water pipes | Device was not completely filled with water | Fill the device by opening the main valve of the home installation, as well as the hot water faucet, until all air has been released from the tank. |
| Water met ongeschikte hardheid | Waterhardheid lager dan 12°F of hoger dan 25°F | Het toestel mag niet werken met water waarvan de hardheid lager is dan 12°F, of met water met zeer grote waterhardheid (meer dan 25°F).
