| Overheat indicator light is illuminated | System overheat or interruption to electricity supply | Allow the boiler to cool, remove lower door panel, turn thermostat knob fully anti-clockwise to OFF position marked '0', wait 10 seconds, then turn control knob clockwise to required setting. If overheat light persists, turn off boiler and consult service engineer as appliance or system fault is indicated. |
| Frost protection not operating | Gas or electrical supply switched off | Ensure both gas and electrical supplies are switched on. Set control knob to frost protection position (*) to enable frost protection mode. |
