| Harness Buckle is sluggish or does not click when engaging | Sticky liquids such as baby formula or fruit juice have gotten inside the Harness Buckle | Place the Harness Buckle under warm (max. 40°C) running water and let water run through the mouth for five minutes. Engage and disengage the Harness Tongues and Buckles several times until a strong audible click is heard. Repeat cleaning if necessary. If the Harness Buckle cannot be restored to working condition, contact InfaSecure Customer Service 02 4720 8090. |
| Cover is damaged when removing sticky items | Pulling sticky items directly from covers causes damage | Soak the cover in water and gently remove sticky items instead of pulling them directly |
