Installatie & Opstelling 3
| Probleem | Oorzaak | Oplossing |
|---|---|---|
| Poor operation efficiency | Inadequate clearance around outdoor unit | When installing the outdoor unit, be sure to open the front and left side to obtain better operation efficiency. Maintain proper spacing as specified in the installation guidelines. |
| Flare nut cannot be tightened smoothly | Improper centering of pipe against the port | Be sure to center the pipe correctly against the port on the indoor unit and outdoor unit before attempting to tighten the flare nut. |
| Pipe damage or breakage | Sharp bends, repeated bending at the same place, or bending at angles exceeding 90 degrees | Bend pipes with a radius of curvature of 100mm or more. Avoid repeated bending at the same place and do not bend pipes at angles exceeding 90 degrees. Do not bend or stretch pipes more than 3 times. |
Geluiden & Trillingen 2
| Probleem | Oorzaak | Oplossing |
|---|---|---|
| Vibration and noise during operation | Unit installed directly on ground or without damping materials | Do not install the unit directly on the ground. Install it on a secure base such as concrete blocks and attach damping materials (such as damping pads) to the outdoor unit during installation. |
| Pipe vibration and noise | Connection pipes touching the compressor or outer panel | After installing the piping, ensure that connection pipes do not touch the compressor or outer panel. |
Prestaties & Werking 2
| Probleem | Oorzaak | Oplossing |
|---|---|---|
| Refrigerant leakage | Improper flare connections or defective pipe joints | After installation, check for refrigerant leakage. Perform a sealing test by pressurizing nitrogen gas to 4.15 MPa and checking all flare connections and welds. If a leak is found, repair immediately and perform the sealing test again. |
| Abnormally high refrigeration cycle pressure | Air entering the refrigeration cycle due to unconnected pipes or open valves during compressor operation | Before operating the compressor, ensure all pipes are installed and securely connected. Keep valves closed until installation is complete. |
Waterproblemen 3
| Probleem | Oorzaak | Oplossing |
|---|---|---|
| Water dripping from the unit | Drain work not carried out correctly or drain pipe installed improperly | Ensure drain work is performed according to the manual and that drain water is properly drained. Plug all holes other than the drain pipe mounting hole with putty to prevent water leakage. |
| Drain water may freeze in cold conditions | Using accessory drain pipe when outdoor temperature is 0°C or less | When outdoor temperature is 0°C or less, do not use the accessory drain pipe. The drain water in the pipe may freeze in extremely cold weather. |
| Ice formation from upper unit affecting lower unit | Installing outdoor unit in two-stage where drain water could freeze | Do not install the outdoor unit in two-stage where the drain water could freeze, as drainage from the upper unit may form ice and cause malfunction of the lower unit. |
